After reading my recent article, “Men’s Oral Health: Controlling Bad Breath”, a regular reader got in contact to ask a quick question relating to the subject. I’m afraid it was part of a longer email, so I’ll have to paraphrase as best I can:


“…I’m constantly having problems with stinky breath, so your article on Men’s Oral Health: Controlling Bad Breath was very useful. Do you know of any way I can check my breath throughout the day so I don’t offend anyone in the office…?”

A request I often see dotted around forums and message boards is to do with styling facial hair. Rather than gabble on at great length on the subject, I thought I’d let someone else do the hard work.

Below you’ll find several videos teaching you how to care for and tailor your facial hair. Whatever look you ultimately decide upon, please try to keep your facial hair tidy – nobody likes the ‘dishevelled hobo’ look (even dishevelled hobos try to avoid it).

As you may have guessed, I’m asked a whole host of questions every day. Some about suits, some about ties, some about bracelets. However, the single most common query I’m asked, on an almost daily basis, is one I’ve already tackled in the Frequently Asked Questions area:
